Raymond is an accomplished debater and has advanced to finals at the Tokyo IV 2023, won the Central Canadian Championship (Leger) 2023, and broken at the World Universities Debating Championship 2024 (WUDC) in Vietnam. Raymond also regularly volunteers as a chief adjudicator in the Canadian high school circuit.
